Vivoblu Core Family Filters 90-Day Limited Warranty The Vivoblu Core Family Filters are covered by a 90-day limited warranty, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures protection against defects in materials and workmanship, provided the filters are used in accordance with the user guide.
Please note that the Limited Warranty does not extend to instances of normal wear and tear, breakage, accidents, misuse (including failure to adhere to product documentation), lost or stolen products, neglect, disassembly, alterations, or damage caused by external factors such as environmental conditions. Additionally, the Vivoblu Limited Warranty does not apply to any products that were purchased, used, or refurbished.
How Do I Make A Warranty Claim for Vivoblu Core Family Filter® Product? To initiate a warranty claim for your Vivoblu product within the designated Warranty Period, please contact us via email at email@example.com. Your warranty claim should include the following details:

(ii) a description of the defect along with a minimum of two accompanying photos;
