DENVER, CO— Convoy of Hope procured 1,120 Vivoblu CORE Family Filters capable of serving up to 22,000 individuals in response to the 7.2 magnitude earthquake that devastated Haiti’s Southern Peninsula on August 14.

Convoy’s experience in disaster responses and its vast network of relationships make it possible for them to distribute food, water filters, and other relief supplies quickly and efficiently.

“We’re really excited to be able to provide additional materials — tarps, water filters, food, and additional resources — to families that have been impacted by the earthquake…,” said Convoy of Hope’s Disaster Services team member, Ryan Grabill.

Vivoblu President, Matt Tatusko, said, "We are honored that our team was able to supply Convoy with Vivoblu water filters. We know they'll save many lives in this crucial effort."

As of November, 2021, Convoy’s relief supplies have reached more than 270,000 survivors across 369 Haitian communities.
